*18-month warranty service:
Purchases made through the XTUGA official website automatically qualify for an 18-month warranty. For products bought through other authorized channels, registering your product information on the official website grants an additional 12-month extended warranty coverage.
When warranty begins & what needs to be done after your purchase?
On the same date when you placed the order your warranty period begins. Please finish the registration within 3 months, counting from the date when you purchased on XTUGA Amazon store. Otherwise, the registration will be of no avail.
What are NOT covered by warranty?
1.The minor faults or deviations in the quality of a product which do not affect the product’s value or fitness for its intended purpose.
2.The faults (or stolen) resulting from improper use, e.g. operating errors (specific to water damage, electronics ruined from leaky, not-package-included batteries), unsuitable use environment, e.g. conflict with the local wireless channel, mechanical damage, incorrect operating voltage, storage or maintenance.
3.The faults or damage due to wear and tear, unauthorized modification or reconstruction.
4.Product that is sent out or purchased for test and review.
