Can this system be used to transmit audio? For example, transmitting music from a computer to a mixing console?
Dear customer, this is acceptable.
Sometimes when I try to turn on the receiver, it won't power on; the mute light stays faintly lit. I have to hold down the power button until I attempt to turn it on again. After several attempts, it finally powers on properly. (JO2S)
Dear customer, we have provided two solutions for you: one is to press the receiver button firmly, the other is to hold the power button for about 5 seconds and then perform a power on/off operation.
SEM200
After several months of use, one of the bodypack transmitters was unable to connect to the host via Bluetooth. Once the mute indicator light came on, it remained illuminated, and the Bluetooth function of that bodypack completely failed. The other three devices were operating normally.

Can this product be used for two mixing sessions? One for music and one for vocals?
Dear customer, RW2080 does not have a mixing function. However, if you mean that pre-mixed music and vocals are input into the RW2080 for mixing, this is possible.

Can Bluetooth be turned off?
Dear customer, I'm afraid that's not possible. The product was designed without a Bluetooth switch.

What is the battery life?
Dear customer, only the two condenser microphones work on batteries for battery life performance, which depends on the quality of the batteries. If you use good-quality batteries, they can last three to four hours without any problem.

Is A1 compatible with a 3.5mm male plug or a 3.5mm female plug?
Dear customer, A1 is compatible with 3.5mm male plug.
Can one mixer connect about 16 microphones like A1?
Dear customer, it is indeed possible, but there are two requirements: 1. The mixer must have enough input ports to connect all A1 receivers. 2. You need certain debugging skills. When using so many units together, you have to adjust the frequencies carefully to set them apart and avoid signal interference with each other.

Can I use two such devices in one room at the same time?
Hello, two sets of use together will have interference, it is not recommended to use two sets in the same room.
CM280
Can two CM280 devices be connected to one laptop? Is an audio mixer required?
Dear customer, CM280 cannot be connected directly to a computer. It requires an intermediate device such as a mixer or audio console. Additionally, the two sets should not use the same frequency.

Hello, there is no mute button; it is adjusted through the main volume control.

How do I record directly to a USB flash drive?
Dear customer, you can insert your USB flash drive into the USB port, then recording will be saved directly to the USB drive.

Does every input channel of CT60 have a built-in preamplifier?
Dear customer, all input channels of the CT60 come with independent built-in microphone preamplifiers, and each channel is equipped with a separate gain knob.

What is the gain (in decibels) of the microphone preamplifier on this mixer?
Dear customer, the gain is not a fixed value; its adjustment range is 10–60dB.

Can the battery be replaced?
Hello, the SF-1 has an integrated, non-removable lithium battery. It is not recommended to replace the battery yourself; instead, you can charge it via Type-C.
Can it be connected to an active speaker?
Hello, it can be fully connected to active speakers.
